MAN–TLE accepts returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the garments are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that items purchased during promotional sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Dispatch the Shipment
Ship the package using a trackable postal service to our designated return center; we recommend purchasing insurance as we are not responsible for lost transit.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once received, our team will inspect the garment's condition and process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
